Cancel & Change Order Policy

This Cancel & Change Order Policy applies to all purchases made through Maxelishop. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation Window
Customers may request cancellation of an order within 12 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation requests submitted after the 12-hour period may not be accepted because orders may already be in fulfillment, production, or shipping preparation.
2. Cancellation Fees
To cover payment processing and administrative costs, the following cancellation fees apply:
- Within 2 hours of purchase: Free cancellation.
- More than 2 hours but within 12 hours: A 5% cancellation fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
The cancellation fee covers transaction processing expenses that may not be recoverable after payment has been authorized and processed.
3. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered fulfillment, production, packaging, or shipment processing.
This includes:
- Orders already submitted to our fulfillment partners.
- Orders that have entered packaging or shipping preparation.
- Orders that have already been shipped.

4. Order Changes
Customers may request modifications to an order within 12 hours of purchase.
Examples of eligible changes include:
- Shipping address corrections.
- Size changes.
- Color changes.
- Product variant changes.
Requested changes are subject to inventory availability and fulfillment status.
Once an order enters fulfillment or production, modifications can no longer be guaranteed.
5. How to Request a Cancellation or Change
To request an order cancellation or modification, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

- Your order number.
- Your full name.
- The email address used for the order.
- Details of the requested cancellation or change.

6. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If a cancellation request is approved, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.
The time required for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment service.
