5. Order Cancellation & Changes

Customers may request order cancellations or modifications within 12 hours of placing an order.

Cancellation requests submitted within the first 2 hours after purchase are processed free of charge.

Cancellation requests submitted after 2 hours but within 12 hours may be subject to a 5% processing fee based on the order value.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, production, or shipment processing, it can no longer be canceled or modified.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping services are governed by our Shipping Policy.

We currently ship within the United States. Delivery estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout. Maxelishop is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, carrier delays, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection and approval of the returned item.
