Orders

How do I place an order?

Browse our products, add your preferred items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the checkout instructions to complete your payment and submit your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Order changes or cancellations may be requested within 12 hours after the order is placed. Please contact our support team as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

How do I know my order was successful?

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery generally takes 4–9 business days after shipment. Total delivery time is usually 5–11 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard Shipping is currently available for $4.99 within the United States. Shipping rates may be updated periodically and will always be displayed during checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow a few business days for tracking updates to appear.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Products must be returned in new or slightly used condition and comply with our Return & Refund Policy.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes. Eligible products may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our support team before sending any item back.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. A prepaid return label is included for approved returns. There are no return shipping fees for eligible returns.

Are there any restocking fees?

No. We do not charge restocking fees.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before funds appear in your account.
